Starting a new project
poetry new <projectname>cd <projectname>- In the same directory as pyproject.toml, create a file poetry.toml containing:
[virtualenvs]
in-project = true
Poetry commands
- To activate the environment:
poetry shell - To install python modules:
poetry install - To install additional python modules:
poetry add <modulename>
