Kain na! (Let's eat)
These aren't techie knowtes, yet once upon a time, they were also scribbled in easily misplaced post-it notes, scratch papers or planners, frantically referred to when the occasional cooking mood strikes. Alas, it could take a long while to locate them, if at all, resulting to another round of trial and error cooking. 😠So, here they are now - happily digitized, centralized and Ctrl-F-able anytime we feel like cooking.
