Docker​

  • docker exec -it <containername> bash - to open a terminal inside the container

Backups​

  • Location: Manually triggered backups for 2.1 are at /app/data/backups/manual and can be restored from web interface. Also, zip file can be downloaded from the web.

  • Important items to backup:

  1. Downloaded db from manual backup (unzip this to extract config-itop.php and itop-dump.sql)
  2. Extensions directory at /var/www/html/extensions
  3. /var/www/html/conf/production/config-itop.php
